Help I don't know if I ve been arrested or not?

You were not arrested. The reading of rights is only needed when the person is going to be questioned. I have arrested hundreds of people, and rarely read them Miranda rights as I do not need to get a statement from them. In fact you want to avoid reading them their rights if it is not needed. I do not know where the person above got his information but he is wrong.
