Please Help! What kind of food is this?

I got these frozen ,they look like meat but they are breaded on the outside and they have this brown mushy stuff in the middle thats what they look like when I put them in the oven and I tasted them but I can't seem to figure out what they are does anyone know what kind of food this might be?
