Humor me for a minute on addiction and OCD?

First, I have read there is no evidence suggesting that an "addictive personality disorder" exists. I'm not here to argue that though. Let's ume for a minute that it does exist and it involves your brain chemistry. Do you think that OCD and addictive personality disorder could be related? I understand that addiction and OCD are completely different as the OCD sufferer gets no enjoyment out of the behavior, but from a chemical standpoint, what is your opinion? My opinion has always been no, but I'm curious what others think because they would involve the same neurotransmitters.
