Is this a stroke? or TIA?

For the past week or so, my dad has been having random twinges all over his head, not lasting very long, throughout the day. He also has had mild jaw pain, and tingling in his hands with occasional twitches. He also woke up the other morning with a pretty bad nosebleed and hasn't had a nosebleed in years. He is the perfect weight for his height, regularly works out, and is 51 years old. He did have high cholesterol 6 months ago but has been on a vegan diet since to bring it down. He also doesn't smoke and never has, doesn't take drugs and drinks alcohol occasionally. I am really concerned, but could just be over reacting.. can someone help? Thanks.
