9 month old doest like sleep at night?

He will go to bed in his crib then wake up 2 hours later and from there its every 20min - a hour where he wakes up after I put him back to sleep. Hes not hungry because he wont drink anything, hes not gy, he doesnt have a developmental problem, he just wont sleep. He does not sleep alot during the day, maybe a hour, hes always been like that. He just started this not sleeping at night the past 3 days. The only way he will sleep is when I p out on the couch trying to get him to sleep, so hes sleeping with me. I cant take it anymore i am going to lose my mind! Help
