I'm sore all over....help!!?

Wow you are seriously over working yourself! Muscles get tired you need to train them slowly to get used to the strain you are putting on them. Don't do any of your regime for the next few days until you feel completely better and all of the pain is gone and then rethink your exercise regime so that you are going easy on yourself. You are harming your body by working it so hard. Slowly do more jogging and more weights everyday so that you can build up muscles ans stamina properly without injuring yourself again. Believe me, you will have many more experiences like this if you don't give your body a rest. If you are in too much pain, get some strong painkillers from a doctor, but they will tell you to take it easy and anyway you can't usually do strenuous exercise while taking anything. Also, it sounds as if you are not stretching properly before you work out. I'd recommend at least twenty minutes of muscle stretching before you do any part of your regime - even the cardio. I hope you feel better :)
