Given the gross violations of the Constitution committed by cops on a daily basis, is sniping them justified?

This guy in my cl was saying that given the blatant and egregious violations that cops commit against citizens everyday, armed rebellion, ambushes, ied's etc are justified against cops. He predicted that millions of men will take to the hills and forests with their rifles and begin sniping cops en me. If and when this armed rebellion in support of our founding principles and the Constitution takes place, will the cops continue to fight against and kill the people as they do today, or will they do what is right and support the Constitution? You can look at the m imprisonment of minorities, the "drug war", the complete and utter destruction of the 4th amendment, the lack of accountability for police atrocities, unjustified beatings, tazings and killings, the new hate law in AZ, etc for examples of what he's talking about and why rebellion is justified against the cowards. What do you think?
