Will the judge sign my request for a harment hearing and order against my vindictive malicious ex?

My ex who is the father of my child is out to get me. We were in a 17 month nasty custody battle because he wanted full custody and not have to pay child support. I ended up winning and have soul custody. He constintley belittles me, degrates me, makes me feel like a bad mother, calls social services on me all the time and make false allegations to try and take my son away from me.We have a special needs child who is 2. He does not communicate with me about our child, wants to be in control, refuses to pay child support which he is ordered to pay $50 a month and hasent payed since april. He verbally abuses me when when exchange our son. When we were together in the past in an on and off relationship he got physical with me at times. He is very unpredicable. I cant live like this for the next 15 years. Yesterday I met with a Family Justice center who wrote a harrment order for the judge to look over. Is there enough evidence for a judge to sign my order? I would think so but im just worried that my ex is going to continue to get away with his condescending acts and superior attitude. I cant calm down with all this. Should I have to worry about my order being denied?
