Is it possible to connect to a Cisco Aironet 1130AG through the console port?

I have two questions. One, i want to know if i can directly connect an ethernet to the console port and gain internet access, and secondly, if i cant do that, i want to know if i can change the MTU settings on the cisco aironet 1130ag either through the console port, or a website. The cisco aironet 1130ag is on my colleges network also. I dont want any useless respones like contact your IT or any of that bull. I want a straight answer from someone who knows what they are talking about. Thank you.
