Why don't the Kia dealerships in my area have the Forte?

There are several Kia dealerships in a 30 mile radius of me (4-5) and I live in a very busy, big city. How come only one of the dealerships has the new Forte (and only 3 of them on top that)? Is it not fully released yet?
