What's the qualifier? How does one "become" a Catholic?

we don't repeat prayers.. the bible is read always on m.. to go to the church is necessary for being a true catholic, because you received the holy sacrament, to become catholic you need to have the three sacraments, baptism, the holy communion and the confirmation.. actually to go to the church, to follow the readings of the Bible for each day and to pray not just the prayers are established like pater noster or ave maria... also prayers from your heart...maybe they are catholic by religion.. but not real catholics for convictions.. that they are sure jesus christ is present in the Holy m.
