Violations from an answer is pretty much deleting it, but violation from a question you loose 10 points. Why?

These are the rules and have been since December 2006 when this was first started. No one is making you be a member of Yahoo Answers. And you are really confused about several points. I will not debate or argue with anyone about something so trivial, only to tell them the door works both ways.
