Republicans versus Democrats?

If someone identifies with either party, it's automatic that the other party is the enemy, the evil in our society. I hear so much hatred from these parties that I am surprised Americans do not kill each other over their differences.I don't think we have had a good President since I was born (1963). I thought Obama might be different, but he doesn't get it either. Spending money will not solve our current crisis. It was born out of greed, and Americans need to reconsider what is really important to them, or the country will truly disintegrate like the Roman empire. American is not great in it's current self-absorbed, greedy state. American needs reform from the inside out. Politicians cannot do anything to help America's problem. I may never vote again based on the past performance of our political figures. What happened to ask not what your Country can do for you? When is that last time you did something for your country?
