Need help finding this R&B music video.?

I remember seeing a video years ago. It was set in a forest of dead trees and I believe there was a castle too. The woman was a clockwork doll and moved very ridgedly through out the video. It ends with her outside of the castle and she opens up her body and you see the clockwork mechanisms. Anyone know what the Song/Artist is? I've been trying to find out for months. Thanks. :)
