High Protein Diet Help?

So I'm trying to build some muscle, and as of right now, I'm 16, about 5'9, and weigh about 135. I play soccer, and so I'm fit, and only have a little fat on my abdominal region. As of right now, I'm trying to get 140g of protein in a day. For breakfast I have 1 serving of cereal (9g protein 36 carbs), along with 3 cups whole milk. For lunch I have a protein bar and a water, and when I get home, I have tacos (5 oz ground beef all fat taken out, 3 oz cheddar cheese) and 2 cups milk, then I do my workout for about an hour and a half. When I'm done, I usually have chicken or turkey along with 2 cups milk, and before I go to bed, I have the same cereal I had for breakfast, except with only 1 cup milk. I think I get the necessary amount of protein to start gaining muscle, but I'm afraid that the food I'm eating might contain to many carbs, and therefore impede my ambition of getting my abs and muscle. Please help? Thanks!
