Electrical problems with my 1999 Chrysler 300m?

My car was broken into with all of the doors locked. No windows were broken and no sign of forced entry. My stereo was stolen, but it was unplugged from the wiring harness. There are no cut wires. Now my power locks don't work, interior lights don't work, power mirrors don't work. When i tried plugging the stock stereo back in it wasn't receiving power. When i turn the car on the thermostat resets itself to 75 degrees with the A/C off and blowing in the defrost position, regardless of the fact that i usually have it in the 60's with the A/C on blowing at my feet when I turn it off. Also the comp and outside temperature display don't work properly all the time. What is wrong? Thank you
