Could she be in labor right now?

My wife is 9 months pregnant and is sitting here feeling little twinges of pressure and pain in her lower back that she never felt before. This has been happening all day and she feels liek she needs to pee when she dont really need too and feels like she is gonna poop as well somtimes. She also has some cramping.
