Blue smoke coming from exhaust until engin warm. any ideas plz?

i have a 1999 ford focus 2ltr. i have had a full service done on the car and everything is ok apart from when i start the car blueish white smoke bellows from the exhaust, when the engine has warmed a little it stops. this Only accurs when the engine is cold
